1. fluid flow involving rotation about an axis, esp. a whirlpool. 2. a situation drawing into its center all that surrounds it.

vortex(t): a fluid flow of language that creates an imaginative vortex, drawing the reader to its center, triggering synchronicity and synthesis.

I'm writing this blog to let people know what's going on with my novel project, La Belle Quartet. Requiem for the Author of Frankenstein was the first of the series. The Appassionata, set in Paris and the center of my current efforts, is the second.
